Mercedes Vito Campervan Conversion Design The Mercedes Vito lends itself particularly well to campervan conversion. The key advantage it has over the VW T5 is the twin side door access, ideal if you are abroad and wish to exit the back of the van onto the pavement. We able to maintain access through the off-side sliding door on all our designs if required (even the Tourer Side conversions, which we are able to build with an entrance/exit gap) The Mercedes Vito campervan greatly benefits from fitted swivel seats, allowing the full space of the vehicle to be used and providing comfortable leisure seating. The Vito also comes in an extra size - the Compact, for those who need a shorter van to get around town in. We are able to fit Reimo elevating roofs to all of the Mercedes Vito sizes, both new and old shape.
